An order can be returned up to 30 days after you receive the shipment. Returns must be authorized before being sent (contact customer service), and they can only be accepted with the original packaging, with all items in working condition, and any accessories included.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All tailored or customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process at major banks.
